Alliance Personnel are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join one of their clients based in Birmingham. MAIN DUTIES Ensuring company database systems are accurately maintained by monitoring and entering data as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES * To accurately enter data on to spreadsheets and internal computer system. * To generate accurate stock reports as needed. * To be responsible for entering new product information onto Company systems. * To be responsible for archiving obsolete product information. * To file and maintain paper documents. * To conduct physical stock checks in the warehouse. * To support with any other general office administration duties SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES * Must have strong attention to detail. * Must have strong organisational skills. * Must be neat and conscientious. * Takes pride in work and appearance. * Energy with an ability to work under pressure. HOURS OF WORK 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday SALARY Up to Β£14 per hour 20 days holiday
