Our team includes experts in brand management, data science, and account management, offering a fast-paced but supportive environment where you’ll learn quickly and gain hands-on experience in e-commerce and social commerce.This role is perfect for someone who:-Loves content creation—whether it’s editing videos, testing trends, or optimizing TikTok content.- Has experience using CapCut, TikTok’s creative tools, or other video editing software.-Is obsessed with TikTok Shop and understands how content drives engagement and sales.-Has a bias for action—a self-starter who takes ownership and problem-solves proactively.-Thrives in a fast-moving environment, learning quickly while maintaining attention to detail. Responsibilities:-Creating & optimizing content – Work with brands, creators, and affiliates to develop high-quality, engaging TikTok Shop content.-Editing videos & experimenting with trends – Use CapCut and other tools to refine content for better performance.-Supporting brand partnerships – Assist in onboarding and managing beauty brands, helping them optimize their TikTok presence.-Analyzing content performance – Use data to understand what works, test different creative formats, and improve engagement.-Executing key initiatives – Support campaigns, promotions, and sales events to drive revenue. Minimum Qualifications:- A graduate with a passion for content creation and social commerce, graduated with a Bachelor\’s degree or above in 2023 or onwards. – Available to start in May 2025.- Experience in video editing using CapCut, TikTok’s creative tools, or similar software.- A strong understanding of TikTok trends, engagement tactics, and best practices for e-commerce content.- A self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
