We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our well established client. If you have experience in a manufacturing or production line environment and are looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
Job Duties:
- Prepare and assemble components for machines.
- Visually inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Package products in line with customer operating procedures.
- Perform general duties and cover as required within the department.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the designated work area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Familiarity with thermoplastic.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership for assigned tasks.
- Understanding of safe systems of work and waste handling procedures.
- Flexibility to adapt and support different areas of production as needed.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm.
Salary: £27,277 Per Annum.
