Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Laboratory Manager and the wider embryology team to ensure all clinical procedures are performed accurately, ethically, and in full compliance with HFEA and CQC regulations.
- Play an active role in the patient journey—offering clear, empathetic communication and support throughout treatment.
- Contribute to the clinic's continuous improvement by championing professional development and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Clinical Embryologist with strong hands-on experience in fertility treatments.
- Biopsy training is essential.
- ICSI experience and HCPC registration are desirable but not essential.
- Prior experience as a Deputy Lab Manager is advantageous, though we also welcome applications from experienced Senior Embryologists ready to take the next step.
- Background in both the independent sector and NHS will be considered.
