Our leading facilities management client is seeking an Administrator - Compliance & Planning Coordinator to join the team at Wakefield.

Overview

  • Monday to Friday 6:30AM to 02:30PM (Monday-Friday)
  • Contract Type: Temporary (3 months, with potential to extend)
  • Excellent working environment/team

Experience needed:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Implementing and managing the sign-in process for subcontractors, which may include verifying identity, issuing visitor badges, and recording their arrival and departure times

Eligibility to work in the UK. Must provide 2 professional references. Must have Basic DBS.
