Your new role involves Senior Planners required for major construction projects on the Cambridgeshire/Suffolk/Norfolk border. As Senior Planner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert planning and scheduling support to both pre-construction and project delivery teams, ensuring every phase aligns smoothly and efficiently.
Main duties include:
- Championing project success by establishing and tracking key performance indicators throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating design, procurement, and construction activities to ensure seamless integration and optimal efficiency.
- Creating detailed tender programmes and method statements, presenting them with clarity and confidence.
- Managing project changes proactively, providing expert advice on Extension of Time (EOT) implications.
