A leading UK wealth management firm is looking to appoint an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to support clients across Kent and the surrounding areas. The firm offers the choice of employed or self-employed status, along with strong central support and a client-first approach. This is a home-based role with the flexibility to work from regional offices if preferred. Advisers are expected to attend in-person client meetings where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic advice following a six-stage advice process.
  • Conduct in-depth financial reviews and create tailored planning strategies.
  • Maintain and grow a loyal client base through referrals and business development.
  • Keep clients and introducers informed of regulatory or product changes.
  • Use digital tools to engage clients effectively and provide ongoing service.
