We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to oversee repairs, disrepair, damp & complex repairs.
As a Maintenance Surveyor you will:
- Undertake pre and post inspections of works
- Damp surveys
- Diagnosis of defects
- Identification of structural repairs
- Disrepair
- Delivery of the works on site
- Management of H&S
Candidates should have experience of either managing responsive repairs or voids. Experience working as a surveyor, good defect diagnosis experience, must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
