We’re working with a long-established and reputable main contractor who are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a major high-end residential conversion and New Build project on the South Coast. The role involves taking full responsibility for a landmark development, converting a large, historic building into luxury apartments and also new build housing across multiple phases—each valued at approximately £30 million. This is a flagship project with heritage value and complexity, and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and a proven track record delivering a mix of refurbishment and new build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full project ownership from start to finish
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors and client relationships
  • Ensure delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards
  • Oversee health & safety, compliance and reporting
  • Coordinate with commercial, technical and design teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience managing major residential or mixed-use builds
  • Proven track record on projects £20m+
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and relevant qualifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership ability
