Unify HQ are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a well-established company based in Hemel Hempstead on a permanent basis. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who has an understanding of asset accounting.
The Role:
- Maintaining accurate records of fixed assets
- Bank and supplier statement reconciliations
- Support with weekly and monthly payment runs
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in month end process and year end
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Strong reconciliation experience and IT skills including VLOOKUP’s and Pivots
- Can work using their own initiative and be pro-active in problem solving
