Peaks & Plains Housing Trust has a portfolio of approximately 5000 homes in Macclesfield and the surrounding areas. We are passionate about what we do in providing high quality homes and investing in our communities to improve people's lives.
We are looking for a highly customer focused individual with experience of managing a caseload of complex and sensitive tenancy cases, including but not limited to hoarding, persistent property condition issues, access issues, and other multifaceted challenges. Your work will centre on working collaboratively with tenants, colleagues across the organisation and external partners to develop and implement effective strategies for resolution.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable individuals and the principles of person-centred support. You will also be a proactive, empathetic, and highly organised individual, with a strong problem-solving approach and a track record of achieving positive outcomes.
