Maximus Solutions Ltd is a fast-growing construction recruitment agency, now in our 4th year of trading. With ambitious growth targets and a supportive team culture, this is an exciting time to join us as we continue to expand across Trades & Labour, Mechanical & Electrical, and Senior Appointments.

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This is a full 360° recruitment role, with full training and mentoring provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Learning the recruitment process and market from experienced consultants
  • Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates
  • Supporting the team with candidate sourcing and job placements
  • Working toward sales targets and delivering results
  • Developing your own desk over time
