With ambitious growth targets and a supportive team culture, this is an exciting time to join us as we continue to expand across Trades & Labour, Mechanical & Electrical, and Senior Appointments.
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This is a full 360° recruitment role, with full training and mentoring provided.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning the recruitment process and market from experienced consultants
- Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates
- Supporting the team with candidate sourcing and job placements
- Working toward sales targets and delivering results
- Developing your own desk over time
