MAK Jobs is thrilled to recruit on behalf of our client for a Stock Control Administrator.

Location: Daventry

Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour (Overtime: £15.23 per hour)

Shift: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on warehouse environment but also enjoys administrative tasks. You’ll play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring smooth operations.

About the Role:

  • Conduct stock checks to verify location accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve stock-related issues promptly.
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails professionally.
  • Use initiative to troubleshoot problems and improve processes.
  • Perform general warehouse and administrative duties to support warehouse operations.

About you:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or stock control role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and email communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

Desirable:

  • Valid Forklift Licences – or willingness to train (onsite training provided!)
