Role Overview
We are seeking Buyers and Senior Buyers with prior experience in procurement or buying roles who wish to advance their careers in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in categories such as IT or Business/Corporate Services, but confidence in stakeholder engagement, curiosity, and solution focus are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of category strategies with the category and sourcing teams, including developing and implementing sub-category strategies.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements.
- Build relationships across the organization to ensure early procurement involvement in external third-party spend.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and communicate these to the Senior Category & Sourcing Manager.
Additional Details
This position offers hybrid working with 2-3 days on-site, along with a good pension scheme and benefits.
