What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Reporting to the VP of Europe, this role is focused on driving adoption and success across Circle’s suite of products and services with large enterprise accounts.
  • You will build and manage relationships with key accounts, including financial institutions, banks, large corporations, and platforms that handle significant money movement.
  • Your efforts will directly support critical company objectives, including growth in USDC and EURC transaction volume, market share, and wallet activity.
  • You will be responsible for bringing first-of-kind partnerships from early-stage design through to launch, activation and growth.
  • You will partner with internal stakeholders across Product, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance to create value-driven solutions for enterprise clients.
  • You will also lead partner activation initiatives, manage strategic campaigns, and collaborate on long-term success strategies.
  • You will manage relationships with key prospects and partners including operational needs, onboarding, campaign activation, strategic growth initiatives, escalation, and day-to-day requirements.
  • You will develop strong and lasting partnerships with top accounts by providing business leadership, creative direction and identifying and driving shared goals.
  • You will define a comprehensive relationship strategy within the partner, including building a strong working relationship with the Circle leadership team for executive sponsorship, business reviews, product adoption, campaign management and ideas on how these initiatives can improve and impact our partners’ and customers’ LTV.

What You'll Work On

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive adoption of Circle’s products.
  • Work with cross-functional teams—including Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Sales—to design and execute success plans that expand partnership scope and maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with product teams to validate market assumptions, create partnership launch plans, and drive measurable results with leading enterprise platforms.
  • Lead and manage relationships with highly strategic enterprise accounts, including banks, neobanks, fintechs, remittance platforms, digital wallets, and custody providers, ensuring long-term success.
  • Build deep, meaningful relationships with partners to enable stablecoin growth across multiple verticals.
  • Align on shared growth objectives and execute actionable plans to achieve them.
  • Support collateral creation, sales training, and other enablement activities to drive partner volume growth and engagement.
  • Provide strategic and consultative guidance to grow Circle’s presence and impact within the region, aligning initiatives with regional goals.
  • Focus on Time to Value (TTV) during onboarding, managing project plans to ensure smooth launches and timely achievement of customer goals.
  • Become a subject-matter expert on Circle’s value proposition, educating customers on how to leverage the platform to achieve their objectives.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures, building relationships across all levels—including executive stakeholders—to drive transformational change.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to develop and refine partnership and deal structures, leveraging iterative feedback to ensure mutual value creation.
  • Provide actionable insights into customer success and relationships to enhance go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Partner with Sales, Support, Product, Compliance, Risk, and Billing to deliver exceptional customer experiences, addressing operational needs, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Bring To Circle

  • 12+ years of managing diverse customer relationships from launch to go-live, through renewal and the entire lifecycle, including achieving expansion and upsell targets.
  • A deep obsession with customer success, ensuring that their best interests and growth are your top priorities.
  • You excel at creating and executing success plans, tracking outcomes, and translating business goals into actionable, tangible results.
  • A proven ability to bring together multiple stakeholders to achieve complex goals, working seamlessly across departments and levels of an organization.
  • Comfortable engaging in both strategic and technical conversations across organizational tiers, offering expert guidance and negotiation skills to enable customer success.
  • Demonstrated success in managing long-term, commercial relationships with customers ranging from SMBs to Fortune 50 companies, including onboarding, full-cycle implementation, upselling, and renewals.
  • A strong interest in the future of global payments, with a preferred background in fintech, cryptocurrencies, or financial services.
