We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Fabric Technician to join our team, working across a variety of commercial contracts. This role offers great variety, excellent earning potential, and long-term progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Carrying out Fabric/Building maintenance across commercial properties
- Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
- Responding to reactive maintenance issues and performing remedial works
- Undertaking general building maintenance (fabric, basic plumbing, basic electrical works) as required
- Participating in a 1 in 10 call-out rota
Requirements:
- Commercial Gas Tickets
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience in commercial electrical maintenance
