Main duties and responsibilities:
- Some supervision and training experience would be useful in assisting with the development of more junior chefs.
- A willing and cheerful manner is needed as you will need to work as a team member, in an often busy and stressful environment.
- A customer-oriented attitude is essential as many of our chefs have guest contact when serving at the Carvery/Buffet tables.
Essential criteria:
- You must be fully qualified to Chef de Partie level, with good standard (3 star +) hotels/restaurants experience.
- Some formal chef training (e.g. equivalent to UK City and Guilds 760.1/2 or NVQ 2/3) together with appropriate food hygiene qualifications (e.g. equivalent to UK Basic Food Hygiene Certificate) will be of value.

Charge for accommodation: 42 GBP per week
