This role would be ideal for an experienced BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Coordinator with a strong background in architecture and interior design projects, who is confident using Autodesk Revit and other BIM-related tools. Package: Salary: £48,000 – £52,000 per annum (Dependent Upon Experience) Comprehensive benefits package Great Career progression opportunities Training and professional development support Flexible working options Hybrid working (2 days a week working from home) Office: West London, Hammersmith area Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday) Hybrid working – 2 days per week Duties: Support interior design project teams in the effective use of BIM tools and workflows, particularly Revit. Provide technical assistance to project teams and liaise with senior management to address training, workflow, and content needs. Assist in the review and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and the development of project Responsibility Matrices (MPDTs). Ensure compliance with ISO19650 and other industry standards, supporting the administration of the Common Data Environment (CDE) using Aconex. Lead BIM coordination meetings, facilitating collaboration between project teams and external consultants. Manage and maintain project BIM models, ensuring quality control, validation, and efficient delivery. Oversee clash detection and resolution processes, working closely with third party, multi-disciplinary teams. Support the production and management of COBie deliverables and data exchange workflows. Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator in an architectural or interior design environment. Strong working knowledge of ISO19650, BIM methodologies, and industry standards. Full proficient user of Revit, with advanced skills in BIM 360/ACC and Navisworks. Experience with visual scripting tools like Dynamo is highly beneficial. Strong understanding of clash detection, issue management, and coordination processes. Familiarity with CDE platforms, such as BIM 360, Revizto, or Solibri, is beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in report writing and presentations. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
