About the role

We’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity within the Customer and Supplier Billing team for an enthusiastic and dedicated colleague. As part of this role, you will report directly to the Pub Operations Manager and collaborate closely with a committed team to deliver exceptional administrative support to our operations. The customer & supplier billing team plays a pivotal role in managing tenant accounts with precision, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments. Your responsibilities will include handling rental discounts, increases, and promotional credits, as well as ensuring that all requests align with our commercial policy. You’ll oversee the team mailboxes, ensuring timely responses under our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Additionally, you’ll provide outstanding customer service to our stakeholders and customers when they contact the business.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage a substantial workload through effective organisation. You should be adept at building meaningful relationships and experienced in communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience working with customers and managing systems would be beneficial in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, as is a willingness to learn and seek out opportunities for process improvement. At HEINEKEN, we value learning and growth, and we believe there is ample opportunity for development in this role. We recognise that you may bring unique experiences that aren’t listed here – we value a thirst for learning and development, so don’t worry if you don’t tick every box listed.

  • An annual bonus
  • Company funded Private Medical Healthcare
  • Double matched pension (up to 10%)
  • 35 days holiday
  • A monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers!
  • Comprehensive Opportunities to develop - we’ve just launched our Star Skills Playbook which has a comprehensive development programme for every role in Star Pubs - the world is your oyster once you join!

Our Ways of Working

Heineken’s Global Purpose is to “brew the Joy of True Togetherness to inspire a better world” and to fulfil this we believe in working closely with each other and collaborating face to face when we can. To enable this, we ask colleagues to be in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays and one other day of colleague’s choice.
