Join the dynamic Turbine Package Design and Contracts team at Siemens Energy, where your creativity and engineering expertise will shape the future of turbine packages for our global customers. You will produce essential mechanical CAD designs, including general assemblies, piping layouts, and manufacturing drawings, while collaborating with various engineering departments, projects, planning, quality, and production teams. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that designs, documentation, and components are meticulously crafted and implemented for new turbine packages.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will create detailed Mechanical CAD designs for the turbine package range, including general assemblies, piping layouts, and manufacturing drawings.
- You will develop comprehensive Bills of Material and specifications for standard designs and contracts.
- You will support problem-solving initiatives related to design aspects during the package build process.
- You will assist in implementing designs during the Turbine Package Build phase, ensuring seamless execution.
- You will produce various tendering drawings to support the tendering team, enhancing our competitive edge.
What You Bring
- You have experience in engineering functions within the power generation or oil & gas industry.
- You possess a solid understanding of mechanical design principles and practical experience in producing detailed engineering documentation.
- You have a Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent, along with comprehensive knowledge of CAD systems (Siemens NX preferred).
- You are familiar with compression auxiliary packaged systems and have knowledge of Siemens PLM software.
- You are comfortable working in an international project environment and collaborating within a multi-disciplined team.

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
