About The Role
Join Pacifica, one of the UK's leading domestic appliance repair specialists. As a White Goods Engineer, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while diagnosing and repairing washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, fridge/freezers, and electric cookers in customers' homes across South East London and surrounding areas. Enjoy pre-planned routes, uncapped bonuses, and full manufacturer training from Electrolux, AEG, LG, Hisense, and more.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair at least 4 core household appliances
- Deliver professional, customer-focused repairs in customers' homes
- Use our user-friendly engineer software to manage your day efficiently
- Maintain Pacifica's high standards with a professional and courteous attitude
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience diagnosing and repairing white goods
- Confident repairing at least 4 of the following appliances: washing machines, dishwashers, refrigeration units, tumble dryers, or electric ovens
- Previous field-based experience essential
- Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 points)
What You'll Get
- Competitive basic salary: £34,000 - £43,000 (depending on skill set & experience) (Inclusive on £7,000 per annum London weighting for engineers living within the inner M25 area)
- Uncapped performance bonus: OTE up to £50,000+
