Strategic Sourcing Lead - 365

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Lead in our Broomfield, CO Location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier relationships, selection, and performance and SOW, RFP and RFI creation and processes.
• Manage supplier agreements, including developing and negotiating contract language.
• Establish and drive Sourcing of direct materials in a manufacturing environment in alignment with business leadership per Annual Operating Plan and Integrated Strategic Plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives including early sourcing engagement, alignment on key sourcing objectives and effective execution of sourcing projects.
• Influence and manage category and strategies including spend analysis, benchmarking, cost, market analysis and global technology and economic trends.
• Develop, maintain, and report out on supply chain risk mitigation strategy.
• Report out on supplier performance.
• Assist in developing Sourcing policies and procedures, and process improvements ensuring compliance to requirements and organizational change management.
• Improve working capital through negotiating best possible total cost of ownership including payment terms extensions, payment cycle optimization, supplier financed improvements and lead time reductions.
• Address and resolve supplier-related conflicts and issues.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years’ Experience in Sourcing.
• Minimum of 3 years’ Experience negotiating contracts.
• Minimum 1+ Experience in creating and managing RFIs and RFPs.
• Due to SAP security and export restrictions, this position requires U.S. Citizenship.

• Experience with SAP or site relevant ERP systems, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools.
• Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Tools.

Estimated Salary Wage: $98,000 - $123,000 Annually.
