Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for an Interim Graduate Building Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in the Derbyshire area.
What the job will be doing:
- Working through a list of properties or assets by calling at them, arranging appointments ahead of schedule and/or attending pre-arranged appointments.
- Diary management including using Outlook and/or booking apps to arrange future appointments.
- Highlighting any immediate health and safety, damp/mould, defects, safeguarding and/or other issues where applicable.
- Helping with stock condition survey programme.
What you will need:
- Building surveyor degree.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently.
- Fast learner.
