Building Control Inspector - West Yorkshire
Registered Building Inspector (RBI) 2ABD Registration preferred. Must have 2A registration as a minimum.

You have the support of an experienced BD team who are responsible for securing new clients, so there are no targets in this area for you. You get to do what you do best, making buildings compliant.
The workload currently is a mix of commercial and domestic projects, allowing you to specialise in either – or both. You will not need to work on BSR projects, meaning there isn’t the pressure to increase your registration level from the day you join. Rather, you will have the opportunity to work on projects under supervision. If you don’t want to work on domestic projects, you will have the flexibility to do so when your registration level permits.
About the Role
As a Building Control Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting various projects, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and providing high-quality service to clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company that values its employees and offers real growth potential. You won’t work to strict KPIs or have a micro-manager. In a typical week, you will complete 20 site inspections and 1 plan check a day. You can manage your diary how you like to accommodate site visits.
