Registered Building Control Inspector - RBI - Building Inspector - Plan Checking. Class 3 Registration Essential.
You will work remotely on Class 3 projects, focusing on complex and technical projects rather than domestic and residential small-scale projects. You will project manage construction projects nationwide and have the full remit to visit sites when it suits you or for projects you wish to see yourself. Your focus will be on the plan checking end of the development.
As a Technical Manager, you can assume some level of mentoring if you are passionate about developing the next generation of surveyors. This is a fully flexible role with no requirement to win new business and no KPIs to monitor.
