Unser Auftraggeber ist ein international agierendes Unternehmen für industrielle Lösungen mit Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Engineering und Industrieservice. Für den Standort in Wels suchen wir zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Teams ehestmöglich eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit für die Buchhaltung.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenständige Durchführung von Abschlussbuchungen und Kontenabstimmungen
- Kontrolle und Vorbereitung von Rechnungen zur Verbuchung
- Laufende Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Laufende Fakturierung sowie Bearbeitung des Mahnwesens
- Erstellung und Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Berichtswesen für Liquidität, Forderungen und offene Fakturierung
- Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits
- Mitgestaltung bei Accounting-Projekten und Neuimplementierungen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und absolvierte Buchhalterprüfung (idealerweise auch Bilanzbuchhaltung)
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Teamfähigkeit und eine hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit sowie Eigenverantwortung
- Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse in MS Office (vor allem Excel) und idealerweise Navision
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Für diese langfristig angelegte Aufgabe ist ein monatliches Bruttogehalt von € 3.500.- vorgesehen. In Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist ein angemessenes höheres Gehalt möglich.
