About The Role: Our client, a leading international design studio, is seeking an experienced and strategically minded Commercial Director to join their London team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the commercial operations of a highly desirable, creative design practice. The ideal candidate will be commercially and financially astute, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. You will bring proven experience in business development and have the confidence to operate at senior level, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders across the business. You will lead a small team of highly collaborative, experienced and passionate individuals, therefore strong leadership skills are key. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the studio's commercial strategy
