My client is currently looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their growing business. Due to recent contract wins, they have created a new roofing division within their construction business.

Within this position, you will be responsible for the delivery of various roofing schemes carried out on housing, commercial property, and listed/public buildings. On a day-to-day basis, you will be creating programmes for each project, managing health and safety, building strong rapport with your client, managing site teams and projects, and liaising with the client.

Please demonstrate strong communication and IT skills, as well as a methodical approach to contract management during the interview. Works will be delivered all over London; the office is based in Wembley.

My client is looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness certification are required.
