Enjoy working by the water? This role could be for you! Marine Resources are seeking to recruit a Marina Operative to work at our clients busy Marina, based in Falmouth. The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following in order to qualify for consideration:
- Proven customer service or customer facing experience
- Must have a βcan doβ attitude
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Be able to stay calm under pressure
- Be computer literate
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person with a flexible work ethic to join our team. Working in and from the marina office you will be involved in all aspects of marina operations, from administration to daily boatyard operations and marina maintenance tasks.
A good knowledge of boats would be desirable but not essential as training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential.
A full UK driving licence is essential. You will be working Tuesday to Saturday on a 40-hours per week basis, with the occasional requirement to alter start and finish times to suit operational needs.
