I’m hiring for a newly created role in a global tech team that’s reshaping how automation and AI are applied across the business. This is a hybrid position that combines technical development with process analysis and strategic thinking. You’ll be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, analysing workflows, and designing intelligent automation using AI agents, scripting, and data-led insight.
You can expect to work across multiple platforms, building solutions that reduce manual effort, speed up operations, and support enterprise-scale systems. This role isn’t just about writing code, it’s about finding more innovative ways to run the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Mapping out and analysing operational processes across business units
- Designing and implementing automation using AI tools, APIs, and scripting
- Testing and deploying AI agents to improve service and system performance
- Collaborating with teams across product, data, and operations to identify automation opportunities
- Monitoring outcomes, measuring impact, and refining solutions for scalability
What you’ll need:
- Experience building automation workflows or AI-powered tools
- A background in process analysis, systems thinking, or business operations
- Strong scripting skills (Python preferred, or JavaScript, C++, Java etc.)
- Exposure to LLMs or testing/building AI agents
- Clear documentation and communication skills
- Bonus: Experience with RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate), BI tools, or data pipelines
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work, with freedom to explore new tools, suggest improvements, and deliver measurable value through intelligent automation and AI integration.
If you're equally comfortable writing code, digging into messy processes, and thinking strategically, this could be your next move. Hit apply if this aligns with your next move, but please note that unfortunately, this company can’t offer visa sponsorship for this role.
