What you’ll do:
- Perform analysis on business issues, define requirements and propose solutions to solve issues.
- Develop processes for data extraction, cleansing, manipulation, and analysis.
- Work directly with clients to onboard them onto the ACA software products, conduct training sessions, and manage and respond to client feedback.
- Communicate and manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectations.
- Provide diagnostic support and issue resolutions for ACA software products and solutions.
- Provide support for continuous integration, test automation, source code control and review processes for ACA software products and solutions.
- Manage ACA software product and solution releases and upgrades.
- Maintain procedural documentation and update as necessary.
- Constantly evaluate processes and procedures for inefficiencies, and make recommendations for improvement, and drive them through with stakeholders.
- Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Working knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
Ideally, you will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree; computer science, information technology, math, or related field preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience in FinTech, financial services or investment technology company or strong willingness to learn.
- Experience with Git, TeamCity, and best practices is preferred.
- Experience in accounting, execution or order management systems is a plus.
- Experience with debugging C# code, and familiarity with unit testing frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with Tableau, and/or SQL Server Reporting Services a plus.
