Job Description

n exciting opportunity has arisen for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in a fully onsite capacity at our London office. This is a hands-on role suited to an enthusiastic and driven individual with 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support.

Youโ€™ll be part of a close-knit team supporting all areas of the business, ensuring a high level of technical support and seamless user experience. Youโ€™ll demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, remain calm under pressure, and thrive in a dynamic environment that values initiative, flexibility, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive and high-quality IT support to users via the internal Helpdesk.
  • Deliver IT inductions to new joiners as part of the onboarding programme.
  • Maintain and upgrade systems, improving processes and identifying root causes of technical issues.
  • Manage and support desktops, mobile devices, telecoms, and security systems.
  • Collaborate with and support third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and service records accurately.
  • Contribute to the smooth daily running of the office environment.
  • What Weโ€™re Looking For:

    • Solid understanding of Windows 11 configuration and security best practices.
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive).
    • Exposure to Intune, Defender, Autopilot, and Apple Business Manager (desirable).
    • Knowledge of UCaaS/SaaS voice solutions (Vonage experience is a plus).
    • Familiarity with printing solutions (Uniflow desirable), hot desking/meeting room systems (e.g., Condeco).
    • Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, routing) and security principles (e.g., Firewalls, XDR/EDR).
    • Awareness of ITIL principles; exposure to ManageEngine Service Desk Plus is beneficial.
    • Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills.
    • A proactive team player with integrity and a professional approach.

    Location:

    This is a fully onsite role based in London. Candidates must be comfortable working from the office full-time.
