Located in Altrincham, this role offers a unique compensation structure where you receive a bonus just for doing your job. There are no sales targets or calls; perform well, and you will earn commission. The company values good administrators and recognizes their importance.

You will join a supportive team led by a knowledgeable and energetic manager who is committed to your success. The company has experienced significant growth in 2025 and is hiring four new administrators to join their team of eight.

Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance, supporting projects, and meeting project deadlines. Attention to detail, pride in your work, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment are essential.

The package includes flexible working hours (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm), free lunch every Friday paid by the MD, regular company events, Friday beers after work, and commission of up to £3,000 per year for accurate compliance checks.
