Here’s what you will do:
- As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work with Credera clients and colleagues to lead a team of Business Analysts to translate customer requirements and business intent into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders ensuring alignment of requirements with strategic goals and outcomes.

This is a permanent role within our Consulting function. We consider flexible ways of working, that allow the best outcomes for our people and clients. Working closely with our clients is key to successful outcomes and so travel both UK and international may be required.
Responsibilities and Skills:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables and managing expectations.
- Lead teams and coordinate business analysis activities (covering data, process and technical solution analysis) and workshops to gather, challenge and validate business and technical requirements using business analyst and design thinking techniques.
- Lead the development, prioritisation and maintenance of product backlogs (including epics, user stories / requirements) with an eye for the detail.
- Ensure that business analysis activities and requirements are aligned with organisational strategies and objectives.
- Articulate user experiences through developing user persona, storyboards, customer journey maps.
- Identify changes to operating models and any business change required to support technical delivery and change.
- Identify improvements to the analysis process, techniques and methods and present improvements/ suggestions to colleagues and senior management.
- Manage client stakeholders and maintain client relationships with peers in client organisations.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with industry and client change management standards and policies.
- Motivating, supervising and mentoring business analysts and providing guidance and support.
