Are you a Commercial Manager with MEP experience looking for an exciting new opportunity? Do you have previous experience working on healthcare or defence projects? If so, we have the perfect role for you! Our company is one of the UK's most advanced and innovative engineering and building services specialists. We provide a single-source solution for some of the world's most recognized organizations in sectors such as healthcare, defense, science & research, residential, commercial, rail, and data centres. We are currently the construction partner on Stage 1 of a major hospital redevelopment programme, building a new 13-storey teaching, trauma & tertiary care hospital with a rooftop helideck.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager with MEP experience to join our commercial team across projects based in Brighton, Surrey, and Cambridge.
The Role:
- Manage all commercial aspects of a section of a large or medium project, or a small project
- Manage specialist sub-contractors and liaise with client & project teams
- Provide commercial, contractual, and financial management services to ensure project and business profit objectives are met
- Plan, monitor, and support operations, encouraging 'best practice'
- Efficiently direct and manage commercial resources during pre-construction & construction phases
- Ensure development needs of line reports are met and support the wider commercial function
