We are looking for a seasoned digital marketer to own and scale high-impact paid search, social, and performance marketing campaigns across global markets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth B2B tech or SaaS environments and knows how to turn data into action.
Location: Remote UK
Contract: 12 months
Salary: £80k - £92k pa
What you’ll do:
- Lead multi-channel paid media strategies (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Drive growth via automation, AI, and smart bidding.
- Build and optimise ABM campaigns, programmatic, and native ads.
- Collaborate across analytics, sales, product marketing & legal teams.
- Deliver robust tracking, reporting, and performance insights.
- Test and scale what’s working. Kill what’s not. Repeat.
What you bring:
- 7+ years in performance marketing, ideally B2B or agency side.
- Expertise in paid channels, budget ownership & agency management.
- Deep understanding of marketing tech, attribution, and lead funnels.
- Strategic, analytical, and obsessed with performance.
- Comfortable working across time zones, complexity, and ambiguity.
