We are recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational group seeking an experienced and detail-driven Group Reporting Manager to join their high-performing finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a consolidation expert to step in their career.
As Group Reporting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the consolidation of financial results across multiple entities and regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Working closely with local finance teams and group leadership, your responsibilities will include managing the group consolidation process, preparing consolidated financial statements, and supporting external audit requirements.
Core responsibilities:- Lead the monthly and quarterly consolidation process for the group’s global entities in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the subject matter expert on technical accounting issues and group consolidation principles.
- Coordinate with country finance teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and accuracy of local submissions.
- Support the annual audit and liaise with external auditors.
- Drive continuous improvement in group reporting systems, tools, and processes.
- Playing a major role in implementing group consolidation system.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ICAEW or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a Group Reporting or Consolidations role within a multinational or listed company.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and consolidation accounting.
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems skills (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to collaborate across geographies and functions.
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Work in a global organization with exposure to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to high-impact reporting that informs strategic decision-making.
