From Teams Voice and Teams Rooms to fully integrated contact centre solutions, they build environments that just work instantly, reliably, and with zero fuss.
Now they’re looking for a New Business Development Manager to lead from the front and drive their next phase of growth. This role is all about securing new logos, opening up new markets, and building strategic partnerships that deliver long-term value.
What you’ll do:- Own the full new business cycle from identifying prospects and opening doors to shaping solutions and closing deals
- Work closely with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to create standout proposals and tailored solutions
- Lead the conversation with confidence, providing insight and commercial challenge to stakeholders across all levels
- Keep a clean, accurate pipeline in CRM and consistently meet targets for new and recurring revenue
- Represent the business with maturity, energy, and credibility whether that’s in Teams calls, video meetings, or face-to-face pitches
- Build strong relationships with vendor partners like AnywhereNow, Luware and Microsoft to strengthen propositions and broaden reach
- At least 5 years experience winning new business in B2B tech or communications
- A knack for consultative, solution-based selling especially around Microsoft Teams Certified Contact Center solutions, Teams Voice, and managed services
- Natural commercial instinct and strong negotiation skills
- A proactive, self-starting approach you’re comfortable working independently and accountable for your own success
