This role is ideal for a tech-savvy HR professional with hands-on experience in implementing or optimising HRIS platforms and payroll systems, and who thrives in data-led, project-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and integration of new HRIS and payroll systems
- Streamline and automate HR processes to improve efficiency and compliance
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to support system adoption
- Provide operational HR support, including employee relations and policy guidance
- Analyse workforce data and generate insights for strategic decision-making
- Support change management initiatives to embed new ways of working
- Review and maintain HR governance, including GDPR and process controls
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience delivering HRIS and/or payroll system rollouts (e.g. iTrent, Workday, SAP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of core HR operations and digital transformation
- Skilled in data analysis, process mapping, and reporting
- CIPD qualified or equivalent hands-on experience
- Confident managing complex ER issues and stakeholder communication
- Knowledge of compliance, data protection, and system security in an HR context
- Experience working in unionised environments is desirable
