About the Role

This is a mobile role focused on servicing, repairing, and installing AC/HVAC systems across multiple sectors including hospitality, logistics, education, retail, healthcare, and local authorities. The position involves 80% service/maintenance and 20% small works/installations within a 60-mile radius of our Surrey-based hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and installations of AC/HVAC systems.
  • Accurately diagnose faults and carry out repairs including basic electrical fault-finding.
  • Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards and is properly documented.
  • Liaise professionally with clients and contribute to service improvement suggestions.
  • Maintain high performance standards in all areas of responsibility.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Air Conditioning, Ventilation, or Heating & Cooling.
  • City & Guilds 2079 or CITB J11 certification (Safe Handling of Refrigerants).
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Electrical qualifications preferred.
  • Solid background in commercial building services and HVAC systems.
