Your new role:

Reporting to the Category Manager, the Product Group Manager will drive the success of our product lines and shape our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to enhance our product offerings

Innovation and Growth: Identify and develop new product opportunities that align with our strategic goals, driving continuous growth

Lifecycle Leadership: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from regular range reviews to launching new products and phasing out underperformers

Collaborative Ambassador: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to effectively communicate our product range, ensuring alignment across the business

Data Integrity Champion: Maintain accurate product data and collaborate with supply chain teams for operational efficiency.

Brand Advocate: Elevate Häfele’s profile in the UK market by nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners

What you’ll need to succeed:

To be successful in this position you will:

  • Be able to communicate with, engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Be able to evaluate opportunities/challenges and take a positive, pro-active approach to decision making
  • Have strong product selection and range building experience with demonstrable results
  • Have experience in managing a high-volume SKU count, multiple suppliers into multiple market channels
  • Have strong attention to detail ensuring that all product information, pricing and logistics data is complete and accurate

This is an exciting role where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact right from the start. It is full time, permanent, core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
