Are you a seasoned Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in air conditioning and ventilation systems? Do you enjoy leading projects from concept to completion and want to be part of a close-knit, family-run business that values your expertise?

We\’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing team in Newark. Working across the commercial M&E sector, you\’ll oversee projects across the whole of England, managing air conditioning and ventilation installations for a range of clients.

What You\’ll Do:
– Manage mechanical (HVAC) projects from initial design to final handover
– Coordinate teams of engineers and subcontractors across multiple sites
– Oversee procurement, scheduling, and cost control
– Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
– Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
– Travel nationwide with regular office time in Newark HQ

What You\’ll Need:
– Proven experience managing mechanical (M&E) projects
– Strong background in air conditioning and ventilation systems
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
– Full UK driving licence (essential)
