Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations. The Sauber Groups Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audis Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We have recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations with support from the UK.

Your mission
- Programming and operating Zeiss measuring machines with Calypso software
- Programming and operating Hexagon 3D scanners with Polyworks software
- Carrying out incoming, intermediate and final inspections of mechanical components
- Preparation, documentation and creation of test reports
- Recording error messages in the quality system
- Cross-departmental collaboration for the efficient development and implementation of proposed solutions
- Contact person and support for various specialist departments in measurement and drawing-related issues
Your profile
- Successfully completed basic mechanical training with additional training in quality assurance
- AUKOM level 1 & 2 desirable or comparable training
- Very good knowledge of Zeiss-Calypso software and handling of Zeiss CMMs
- Experience in handling manual measuring equipment and gauges
- Very good knowledge of reading technical drawings - ISO GPS 8015
- Structured, precise and independent way of working
- High resilience and flexibility as well as willingness to work 2 shifts
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Business fluent in German or English and a willingness to learn the basics of the other language are required
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
