A hugely successful international investment firm in Central London. Their offices are made up of approximately 130 people with a collaborative and hardworking environment.
This is a permanent role, involving full front-of-house service to the London office as well as delivering a high standard of facilities support. You will be working alongside another Office Coordinator, effectively collaborating to provide an integrated service.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a first-class service at Front of House
- Providing facilities and office support
- Management of conference rooms and facilitation of meetings
- Collaborating with workplace and administration team
- Oversee kitchen and office supplies, including food, coffee, and stationery, as well as ensuring cleanliness and stock levels are maintained
- Any other ad hoc duties as needed
Candidate specification:
- Prior experience of Front of house and or similar service role
- Hands on approach and team orientated attitude
- Well-presented and approachable
- Organised and proactive, able to manage tasks and solve problems effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adaptable and resourceful in a high paced environment
Additional Information:
- Salary is competitive depending on experience, also comes with a discretionary bonus
- Core hours alternate between 8-5pm and 9-6pm, set by the two Office Coordinators
