We're always on the lookout for experienced General Managers to run our premium, fresh-food businesses. If that sounds like you and you are based in Norfolk, we'd love to have a look at your CV and potentially even have a chat with a view to joining us within the next 12 months.

You are in charge of your own business - that means that working alongside your head chef and operations manager, you decide what goes on your menu – and have the freedom to write those recipes from scratch, as well as deciding what sales driving events you do which fit the vision and business plan of your pub. It’s all about the communities of each business – whether that’s a village pub, a suburban community family pub, a food-destination business or a palace of pints for after work drinkers - and people are at the heart of what we do.

As the successful General Manager, you will embrace the autonomy given to run your business and offer unique ideas to drive your team to success. You will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will recruit & develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
