We are hiring for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a service and maintenance team across the M62 corridor. You'll cover a clean portfolio of commercial contracts — offices, schools, banks, and public sector buildings — delivering a high standard of service across systems like VRVs, VRFs, splits, chillers, AHUs, and mechanical plant. This is a hands-on role with strong technical backing, great kit, and clear career progression.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Servicing and repairing VRV/VRFs, splits, AHUs, chillers
  • Completing remedial works and quoting where needed
  • Responding to emergency callouts (including occasional out-of-hours rota)
  • Supporting junior engineers/apprentices on-site
  • Logging FGAS reports and asset condition records accurately
  • Liaising professionally with clients and identifying upsell/replacement opportunities

What You'll Need

  • F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079)
  • Strong hands-on experience with VRV/VRF and split systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident in client communication and reporting
  • Ideally: C&G/NVQ Level 2+ in A/C & Refrigeration
  • Bonus: experience with AHUs, chillers, and mechanical plant
