POSITION SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Season Prep:

  • Ensure that we have all required information for TD On-Road Team (Brand & Trip Preferences, Days between trips, Unavailable fates, Schengen visa dates)
  • Support & manage Admin Team with TD housekeeping by ensuring all documentation and collateral is up to date
  • Housekeeping:

  • Will be expected to partake in TD interview process & being the point of contact for new TD applicants.
  • Allocations:

  • Responsible for allocating all trips withing your regions & processing data into the system.
  • Account TD availability & abilities/ preferred trips/ number of trips
  • Support:

  • Maintain rapport between On-Road TD team and office staff and distributing any issues/queries to team as required.
  • Create a learning platform with modules, to be completed pre-season & assisting throughout the season with briefs/debriefs.
  • Complete end of trips reports, and mid to end season personal reviews.
  • On Road Issues:

  • Analysing issues at hand & communicating with TD to find the best solution.
  • Sensitively following up with supplier complaints
  • Contracts:

  • Issue TD contracts & insurance
  • Responsibilities

  • Proof brochure content & web text
  • Evaluate any changes agreed via Travel Experience Team in end of season meetings.
  • Roll out training online.
  • Presenting guides at TD meetings
  • Monitor performance & following up with any QC issues.
  • Working with the hotel contracting team to offer the best solution.
  • Liaising with TD & authorizing compensation if necessary
  • All information & communication provided to our TD is up to date.
  • Constant updating of data that goes into TEAMs (Guest Doc, Brochure Pgs., Technical Itineraries etc.)
  • Assisting TD team with any technical issues
  • Must have excellent communication & collaborative skills as youโ€™ll be working closely with the Travel Experience Team, Contracting Team (Tracoin), European Guest Services Team & Guest support Team.

  • Experience

  • Good understanding of all Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility with working hours during busy periods
  • Based in London
  • Excellent spoken and written English and a language would be a bonus.
