Building Surveyor

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Surveyor, either RICS qualified or a recent graduate. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting portfolios of work across many different sectors with a number of heritage focused projects. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive building inspections to assess condition and compliance. * Identify structural issues, defects, and areas requiring maintenance or improvement. * Prepare detailed technical reports, including condition surveys, dilapidation reports, and building pathology assessments. * Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality surveying solutions. Personal Specification: * Must have RICS qualification or working towards chartership (graduate level welcome). * Strong analytical and report-writing skills. * Full UK driving licence. * A passion for building surveying and a keen eye for detail. * Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) * Candidates must be willing to travel when necessary.
