We are looking for a Digital Communications Executive whose primary role will be to help the business engage colleagues with their culture and to enhance the company’s profile externally. The Digital Communications Executive will collaborate with a small, dynamic and flexible Marketing and Communication team to primarily oversee the execution of daily digital activities across various internal and external communication channels, including the intranet, website, newsletters, email, and social media.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of the team to develop internal and external communication campaigns.
- Create compelling content that engages internal and external audiences.
- Lead the daily execution of digital activities across multiple channels such as their websites, intranet, social media and mailing.
- Provide editing and proofreading support.
- Build relationships with counterparts in group businesses worldwide, liaising with them to create content and plan campaigns.
The Digital Communications Executive will also have opportunities to actively participate in and support the Marketing and Communications team’s other activities, such as liaising with charities, organising events and being part of cross-companies internal networks.
Required:- Degree educated
- 2-3 years of experience in digital communications.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and, ideally, Photoshop.
- Experience with CMS, such as WordPress or similar.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
