What to expect in your first 90 days:
- First 30 Days: Understand EE’s Home product landscape, the Director’s priorities, and key stakeholders. Learn operational procedures, product development cycles, and the mobile tech ecosystem. Build relationships with PAs across Product, Technology, and Commercial teams. Begin managing the Director’s calendar and communications.
- First 60 Days: Deepen understanding of product strategy and roadmap. Support coordination of cross-functional product meetings and sprint reviews. Begin handling internal communications and stakeholder updates. Assist in planning product demos, launches, and internal showcases.
- First 90 Days: Act as a strategic partner, contributing to planning sessions and product reviews. Manage long-term scheduling aligned with product milestones and go-to-market plans. Begin handling urgent issues independently and support Director in crisis response. Conduct a performance review with the Director to align on development goals.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support including diary, travel, and expense management.
- Support onboarding of new product leaders and team members.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with product timelines.
- Maintain documentation and support product governance processes.
- Line manager responsibilities for PAs across the unit.
- Drive improvements in administrative and operational processes within the Product team.
What we’re looking for:
- Manages high-volume executive calendars and shifting demands, prioritising time against product milestones and business-critical deliverables.
- Confident in triaging requests and protecting focus time for strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience working with product managers, engineers, designers, and commercial teams or similar to align on priorities and drive actions forward.
- Comfortable navigating matrix environments and facilitating coordination across disciplines.
- Delivers high-level admin support including diary, inbox, travel, and meeting coordination for senior leaders.
- Proficient in tools like Outlook and Teams to streamline daily operations and improve scheduling efficiency.
- Anticipates blockers, identifies gaps, and takes ownership to resolve issues independently.
- Flags risks early and adjusts plans to avoid last-minute escalations or delivery delays.
- Builds trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Familiar with agile ways of working and able to coordinate across pods, squads, or workstreams.
